Thanks everyone, this is good to know. The attention to WikiSource is
interesting and more than I anticipated. My guess is that we all have room
to grow our activities on WikiVoyage and other projects as well.
Those of us who meet at WikiConference North America in October might have
a chance to discuss these issues in person. The conference website is
https://wikiconference.org/wiki/2016/Main_Page. The conference organizers
are working on many tasks at the moment. Hopefully session submissions will
be open within the next few weeks. The current plan is to have conference
sessions in both Spanish and English. If you're interested in coming to the
conference, please mark October 7â10 on your calendars.

Post by Alex StinsonHi Pine,
We made a contest in Wikisource [1]. The results were very good, we made
1238 new pages but theyÂŽre very few participants. If you need something
else I would love to chat with you.
Regards.

Post by Pine WThanks everyone. I might suggest that we keep a centralized list of
GLAM+STEM and Education projects, probably on the Outreach wiki, to
facilitate awareness and communication. As far as I know, we currently have
no easy way to figure out what projects are planned, are happening, or have
happened. These don't need to be elaborate reports; a simple list of
locations and dates with links to the project pages would be great.
Alex, is this something that you and Tighe could look into coordinating?
Thanks,
Pine

And I am also hearing about similar projects in Indic languages, though
not quite as well documented -- I would love to hear about more GLAM
projects in Wikisource :)
Cheers,

Post by Pine WHello,
Does anyone running education or GLAM programs use WikiVoyage,
WikiSource, WikiSpecies, or WikiNews in their programs? If so, how do you
use them? I can imagine some possibilities for them, but I can't recall
ever them being used in education or GLAM programs.
Thanks,
Pine
